Who is Jack
I’ve been in the Real Estate industry for 4 years, starting as an assistant before becoming licensed. As a member of The TIM | ROBERTS Group at Comey & Shepherd, I have been an integral part in over 200 real estate transactions. This experience has given made me an expert in every stage of a deal.
As a Realtor, I live by three core: Honesty, Respect, and Fun. I am committed to being fully transparent with my clients and anyone else involved in a transaction. I follow the rules, communicate clearly, without sacrificing my client’s best interests.
Most importantly, I believe buying or selling a home can be stressful, but it does not have to be overwhelming. This is one of the biggest financial investments you’ll ever make, so I strive to ease that stress and make sure we can have some fun along the way. Here at Comey & Shepherd, I’ve always said “You can’t spell ‘Comedy’ without ‘Comey.’”
The Service I Provide
The thing that always surprises me is when people talk about “raising the bar” or “went above and beyond.” Like, you’re spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a house and you didn’t expect the person to be detail oriented and fight for you every step of the way? I want you to have the highest of expectations with me, and hold me to the highest of standards. There isn’t going to be any surprise about my quality service.
At the end of the day, my only goal in this business is to make my clients happy. I’m never going to help you buy a house that we both know you don’t actually want to buy. I should probably care more about the money, but I’ll worry about that later. I’m never gonna be the dude that spams you with mail, email, or generic texts. Yeah, I’ll be checking in on you and keeping in touch, because I give a shit about you, not because I want an extra buck.
